All package require a 15% deposit to reserve and hold requested date
Remaining balance is due 14 days before the event date

All room rentals are subject to calendar availability and Board of Directors approval.
All alcohol must be purchased from the Elks bar. No outside alcohol, NO EXCEPTIONS.
Events larger than 50 people requires insurance certificate. Security may be required at Venue discretion.
Kitchen not included in space rental. No use of kitchen facilities, other than prep table, without prior approval and additional deposits.
